GRIT Life training programs cover a variety of needs. Whether you’re a middle school or high school athlete looking to get an edge on the competition through intensely focused athletic training, prepping to take on a more challenging race or want one-on-one coaching to hit your goals faster, we have a way to help you reach your goals.

Training programs include Obstacle Course Racing (OCR), Athletic Training and Personal Training.  Each of our programs are structured to be as flexible as possible to meet the scheduling needs of the member and are led by one of our highly experienced coaches.
