Spartan Coaches lead Spartan SGX group training classes in gyms around the world. Each is committed to creating the same kind of life-changing experiences as a Spartan Race.
Whether you’re a first timer or seasoned pro, we can guide you from your first workout to the finish line. Individual and small group training is available by appointment or ask about our 12 week class.

Tailored Training Programs
GRIT Life personal training is your chance to work individually with one of our certified coaches. After your initial consultation and movement screening, you and your coach will develop a program tailored to your fitness and lifestyle goals. We will plan workouts that fit your schedule.
Our personal training sessions are 30 or 60 minutes in length. We also provide access to “buddy training” sessions at a reduced price if you'd prefer to workout with a friend.
