GRIT Life Obstacle Course Race (OCR) Training will prepare you for any obstacle course race, 5k, 10k or half marathon you may encounter. In this class you will run, crawl, lift, carry, push, pull, jump, climb and hang.
Through functional movements like these, stabilization, strength, speed, agility and quickness are amplified. This training program will get you in the best shape of your life as you unleash your inner athlete. Whatever your field of battle, OCR training will put you ahead of the competition.
When weather permits, we train outdoors or in the GRIT Life gym.

Tailored Training Programs
GRIT Life personal training is your chance to work individually with one of our certified coaches. After your initial consultation and movement screening, you and your coach will develop a program tailored to your fitness and lifestyle goals. We will plan workouts that fit your schedule.
Our personal training sessions are 30 or 60 minutes in length. We also provide access to “buddy training” sessions at a reduced price if you'd prefer to workout with a friend.
