GRIT Life personal training is your chance to work individually with one of our certified coaches. After your initial consultation and movement screening, you and your coach will develop a program tailored to your fitness and lifestyle goals. We will pan workouts that fit your schedule.

Our personal training sessions are 30 or 60 minutes in length. We also provide access to “buddy training” sessions at a reduced price. Your program will be tailored to your needs during the workouts.
