To be a top competitor in middle and high school athletics, strength, power, speed, agility and quickness are required. GRIT Life athletic training is a small group program designed for young athletes who desire to raise their performance to the next level.
Each workout builds upon the other to take athletes through phases of training that will give them the edge they need.
Athletic Training is offered Monday – Thursday at 3:30 p.m.
