Our 12-week SGX Training program is designed to help you start your journey to becoming Spartan Fit and race ready through a combination of online and in-gym training.
Led by Spartan SGX Certified Coach Craig Duncan, our 12-week program focuses on the 7-pillars of Spartan Training. You’ll receive a weekly e-mail with access to a week’s worth of workouts to build your strength, endurance and get you mentally prepared to tackle a Spartan Race. Our program takes the guesswork out of when and how far to run, and what you need to be race ready. In addition, every Saturday, you’ll meet your fellow Spartans at GRIT LIFE for obstacle training opportunities.
We’ll teach you to traverse the Z-Wall, conquer short and high walls, master the mult-rig, soar through the monkey bars, nail your spear throw and hoist like Hercules.
To keep you accountable, we’ll offer access to a closed Facebook group that includes our coaches and seasoned GRIT LIFE Spartans (some of them podium finishers).
The program begins March 9, 2019 and costs $275.
