Are you ready to Challenge Your GRIT?
Starting Monday 3/23 in our private Facebook group “GRIT LIFE Online”, we want to “Challenge Your GRIT”. The challenge will encompass our four pillars; movement, nutrition, recovery and mindfulness – and is open to members and non-members alike.
Just for fun and to inspire some light-hearted competition, there will be points awarded for completed daily tasks and prizes up for grabs at the end of the two weeks. The tasks will be outlined in the private group – but include daily workouts and other daily activities.
Along the way we will share tips and strategies regarding each of these daily actions as we learn how to implement them in our daily routine.
This is an opportunity to accomplish something together that will have a lasting impact!

Free Group Ruck
GRIT LIFE RUCK CLUB is open to members and non-members. All rucks are free of charge.
GRIT LIFE RUCK
Initially, rucks will include walking with a weighted pack. As participants get more familiar, other movements will be included for added challenges. Added challenges are always optional.
