About GRIT Life

Do I Have To Be An Athlete To Join GRIT LIFE?

No! We work with all bodies and all abilities. The majority of our classes can be tailored to your ability and ensure you’re safe.

What is OCR?

OCR stands for Obstacle Course Racing. Our founder, Craig Duncan, is a certified Spartan Race SGX coach and has completed a variety of other challenging obstacle course races including Warrior Dash and Tough Mudder. If you’re up for the challenge, we have several obstacles at the gym for you to train on, should tackling a race be your goal.

How Do I Reserve A Spot in Class?

GRIT LIFE uses MindBody Online to schedule and book all classes. It’s also the best place to see our current schedule and see what’s going on at the gym. They have a useful app that makes booking and cancelling a breeze. See us on Mindbody here.

What Should I Bring For Classes?

We recommend comfortable athletic shoes, hydration, a healthy attitude and a towel. We promise you’re gonna sweat.
